Refund Policy
When you wish to return, your refund, and how your refund is issued may differ based on how long you’ve had our service and who provided the service to you.
All information on this page only relates to services provided or Fulfilled by VR. No claims will be entertained by VR if the services or solutions were provided to you by the associate of VR, for that kindly refer to the respective associates in your country.
- The reason for refund amount and return of any product will be solely on decision of VR compliance committee.
- The mode of refund payment will be entertained via direct bank transfers or PayPal or Payoneer digital wallet only.
- The maximum time of refund can be 45 business days depending upon VR internal process and your located currency.
- In case of return a refund form issued by VR has to be completely filled and duly signed by authorized signatory for submission and refund will be processed only after review of the signed and filled form by the client.
- Upon agreement of refund form submission and review by VR committee the client has to agree and sign off the document to surrender the material or certifications issued by VR also client needs to confirm that no Logos or materials shall be used in future.
